OF BUSINESS
Showroom
Opening Hours
Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. We usually dispatch all orders placed
before 4pm Monday to Friday on the same day. However, on occasion,
certain products may be out of stock, on these rare occasions the
ordered product/s will be obtained from our suppliers and delivered
to you within 28 days. We will notify you by email or telephone
of the aproximate delivery date.
Product Availability
(1) If all item/s selected within your order are out of stock and/or
can not be obtained within 28 days you will be notified by email
and your order will be cancelled. (2) If a SOLD OUT sign is in place
next to the ordered product your order will be automatically cancelled.
(3) If your order comprises multiple items and an item/s is/are
out of stock the total order value will be amended to account for
the missing item/s. If we can not deliver the remainder of your
order within 28 days a note will be included with your order. If
a paid delivery charge has been selected this will still be applicable.
UK 1st Class Recorded
This form of delivery requires a signature upon receipt. Delivery
is normally the next working day but please allow up to 28 working
days before contacting us.
UK
Next Day £250 Insurance
This form of delivery is insured against loss or damage up to £250.00
in value. Delivery is the next working day before 5.30pm. As we
dispatch most products within 1 working day (see each product description)
this delivery option should ensure your product will arrive within
2 working days.
Europe
International Post
Delivery is normally within 5 days but please allow up to 20 days
before contacting us.
Rest of World Delivery
Delivery is normally within 10 days but please allow up to 28 days
before contacting us.
Automatically Cancelled Orders
Orders made with an invalid email address will be canceled. Orders
made with a credit / debit card that are not registered to the invoice
address will be canceled. Orders we feel to be suspicious will be
canceled. Fraudulent orders are always reported to the Police. Should
we receive a chargeback from our merchant service provider after
the goods have been delivered we will assume that we have been defrauded.
All details entered on the order form together with your IP address
will be forwarded to the Police.
Goods Damaged in Transit
All goods are packed to an adequate level to help avoid damage during
transit by Royal Mail / Courier. IMPORTANT : Upon delivery please
physically open the box / package and check the product/s for damage
during transit before you sign to accept it. If it has been damaged
please refuse to accept it and ask for it to be returned to the
senders address. Once returned to us we will then replace the damaged
item by return. By signing for the product without checking it you
are accepting that you have received the product/s in good condition.
Undelivered/Lost Goods
If after 28 days (UK) or 30 days (Overseas) from the date your order
was dispatched (this excludes Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays)
your good/s are still undelivered please follow the following procedure:
Firstly, contact your local Royal Mail sorting office. In 90% of
cases an attempt has been made to deliver the good/s. If no one
was present to sign for the delivery they will have been returned
to the postal sorting office / depot where they are stored for a
period of 5 - 10 days. If after this period of time the good/s have
still not been collected they will be either destroyed by Royal
Mail or returned to us at their discretion (returned post can take
up to 5 weeks). If the good/s have been returned to us please refer
to the section further down this page. If the good/s are not at
your local sorting office / depot please contact us to inform that
your good/s have not arrived. Please also include reference to your
order number and the date that the good/s were ordered.
Faulty Goods
If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty product or the product
develops a fault within a reasonable period of time please return
it for replacement (or refund if within 7 days as per the Distance
Sellling Regulations 2000). Refunds are made onto the card used
for purchase within 28 days from the date the goods are returned.
Replacements are dispatched generally within 2 working days (Car
audio products may take longer).

Please enclose your order number, your address, your reason for
returning the goods and your original credit / debit card receipt
(included with your order) - If this is not available please include
your credit / debit card details, ie. Card number, Expiry date,
Valid From Date (If applicable) and Issue Number (If applicable).
If after the good/s being tested by ourselves they are found to
be fully functional they will be returned to you. Faulty goods must
also be returned in the same aesthetical condition that they were
supplied. If any returned good/s are aesthetically damaged they
will be returned to you.
Unwanted Goods
Under the Distance Sellling Regulation 2000 you, the consumer, have
the right to cancel your order within 7 days. The 7 days begins
from the date you receive your order. To be entitled to cancel your
order the item must be un-used and in a re-saleable condition. The
product must be returned to us at your expense. The cost of any
loss of product / component of a product during transit is your
responsibility. All monies entitled to be refunded will be credited
once the item(s) has / have been received by ourselves. Refunds
are made onto the card used for purchase within 28 days from the
date the goods are returned.

Please enclose your order number, your address, your reason for

within your return we will not be able to refund you as hard copies

Refunds
In the case of refunds : If a product returned was from an accessory
pack / multiple item purchase then the percentage of the returned
product will be refunded.
Incorrectly Supplied Goods
Good(s) incorrectly supplied by us can be returned and exchanged
for the correct goods.

Please enclose your order number, your address and the goods actually
required. Goods must be returned in the same condition that they
were supplied. If any good(s) are returned damaged they will be
returned to you.
Courier Returns
If after a period of time good/s are returned to us by Royal Mail
or a courier company as either undelivered, uncollected, unknown
address, refused or for any other similar reason they will be stored
by us for a maximum of 3 months. For each completed week that passes
a storage cost of £5.00 will apply. Once the storage cost exceeds
the value paid for the goods or after 6 months have elapsed (whichever
is sooner) the good/s will be disposed of. If within this 6 month
period or before the storage cost has equalled the value of the
goods you wish for the order to be resent all fees must first be
paid. A fixed charge of £3.00 for re-postage of the good/s will
also apply for good/s over £5 in value. Good/s under £5.00 in value
bear a charge of £1.00 for reposting.
